Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns in HubSpot (newsletters, promotional emails, drip campaigns). Build and maintain segmented contact lists using HubSpot’s CRM and smart list functionality. Develop A/B testing strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics. Set up and manage automated workflows for nurturing leads and onboarding customers. Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling email content and templates. Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights. Ensure email compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations. Monitor list health, perform regular list cleaning, and manage email deliverability. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, preferably with B2B or SaaS. Proven experience using HubSpot Email Marketing and CRM tools. Strong understanding of email best practices, deliverability, and performance metrics.
