As a Brand Strategy & Positioning professional, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement marketing strategies that effectively resonate with affluent consumer segments. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and elevating brand prestige by ensuring a consistent tone and aesthetic across all brand communications. In the realm of Campaign Management, you will be tasked with planning and executing high-impact campaigns across various channels such as digital, print, and experiential, specifically targeting affluent demographics. Your role will also involve overseeing media planning, influencer partnerships, sponsorships, and luxury collaborations to maximize campaign effectiveness. Your expertise will be instrumental in engaging High Net Worth (HNW) and ultra-HNW customers through personalized experiences, concierge services, and loyalty programs. You will lead initiatives to organize exclusive events, private previews, and invite-only experiences that align with the brand's DNA, fostering strong connections with the target audience. Market Research & Insights will be a key area where you will analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor strategies within the luxury/premium sector. By segmenting affluent audiences based on behavior, interests, and demographics, you will tailor messaging and offerings to effectively reach and resonate with the target market. Cross-functional Collaboration will be essential, requiring you to partner with Product, Sales, Digital, CRM, and PR teams to create integrated brand experiences. Additionally, you will collaborate with external agencies and luxury media outlets to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Monitoring KPIs will be critical as you track campaign performance, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics. Your role will involve reporting on ROI and optimizing strategies based on data-driven analytics to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Education & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Masters/MBA preferred). - 5-8 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in luxury, premium, or high-end markets. - Proven experience in targeting affluent and HNW audiences. Skills & Competencies: - In-depth understanding of luxury consumer behavior and trends. - Strong capabilities in storytelling, branding, and copywriting. - Excellent project management and multitasking skills. - Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using CRM tools and analytics platforms. - Keen aesthetic sensibility and brand guardianship instincts. - Strong relationship-building skills with VIP clients and high-profile stakeholders. - Experience in luxury events, sponsorships, and experiential marketing. - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with meticulous attention to detail.
