Description
Key Responsibilities: Write SEO-optimized page titles, meta titles, and headings. Optimize complete articles per the latest SEO guidelines and algorithm updates. Conduct deep keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc. Manage on-page SEO elements, including internal/external linking, keyword density, tags, and categories. Publish content on WordPress, ensuring compliance with SEO best practices. Maintain technical SEO elements including robots.txt, sitemap, and canonical issues. Monitor and interpret data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics. Drive content for Google Discover and Featured Snippets. Perform competitor analysis and close SEO gaps through strategic planning. Structure websites with clean navigation, menus, categories, and internal linking. Plan and test new SEO strategies for keyword and traffic growth. Write and publish educational news content as needed. Responsible for ranking performance, traffic trends, and SEO accuracy. Ensure all published content is plagiarism-free, readable, and meets editorial standards. Submit daily SEO reports and updates to management. Team Leadership Responsibilities: Manage and guide a team of up to 5 SEO executives. Review and audit the SEO work of the team. Assign daily tasks, provide feedback, and ensure timely completion. Ensure overall SEO quality and keyword positioning goals are met. Be accountable for any incorrect information or performance drops. Maintain team morale and performance under pressure. Be available to assist during critical or urgent SEO requirements. Required Skills: Excellent command over English writing and SEO content structure. Strong knowledge of Google algorithm updates and ranking factors. Familiarity with technical SEO, schema implementation, and page speed optimization. Knowledge of SEO outreach marketing, DA improvement, and content distribution. Experience in using SEO software tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Word Tracker WordPress, Grammarly, Hemingway, Yoast
