Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Counsel students on course options, admission procedures, and career paths based on their educational background and interests. Provide detailed information about various colleges, universities, and available programs. Handle walk-ins, inbound calls, and online inquiries professionally and convert them into admissions. Assist in application and documentation processes, including follow-ups. Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions. Maintain a database of student inquiries and follow up regularly to ensure enrollment. Stay updated with current education trends, entrance exams, and university requirements. Collaborate with internal teams for promotional activities, seminars, and workshops. Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in student counseling or admissions. Strong interpersonal, communication, and convincing skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet targets.
