About the Role:

SEO Executive

This role is ideal for someone who loves working with data, analyzing trends, and continuously experimenting to achieve top search rankings across Google and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for content optimization and ranking improvement.
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices including meta tags, titles, descriptions, internal linking, schema markup, and URL optimization.
  • Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies such as backlink building, guest posting, directory submissions, and digital PR.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Collaborate with content writers and designers to produce SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and marketing materials.
  • Perform technical SEO audits to identify and fix crawl errors, broken links, and site performance issues.
  • Optimize website structure, mobile friendliness, and page loading speed to improve user experience and rankings.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with detailed insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the paid marketing team to align organic and paid strategies for better ROI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in SEO with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Yoast.
  • Proficiency in keyword research, link building, and competitor analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress (or other CMS platforms).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a collaborative environment.
