SEO Executive

Job Summary: The profile will be responsible for implementing effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions, work incorporating search engine algorithms, on-page and off-page optimization, and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. On-Page Optimization Conduct keyword research to identify the most effective terms for targeting. Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, and URL structures. Perform internal linking to enhance site structure and navigation. Ensure proper implementation of schema markup for better SERP visibility. Optimize content for readability, relevance, and search intent alignment.

2. Off-Page Optimization Develop and implement effective link-building strategies. Engage in outreach to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable sources. Monitor and analyse the backlink profile to identify and disavow toxic links. Collaborate with content creators for guest blogging opportunities.

3. Technical SEO Conduct technical audits to identify and resolve issues like crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content. Improve site speed and ensure mobile responsiveness. Monitor XML sitemaps and robots.txt for proper indexing. Ensure website security (e.g., SSL certification).

4. Content Strategy Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices in blogs, articles, and landing pages. Identify content gaps and recommend topics based on keyword research. Optimize existing content to boost organic traffic and rankings.

5. Analytics and Reporting Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and thirdparty SEO tools. Track and report on key metrics, including organic traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, and keyword rankings.• Generate monthly performance reports and insights for stakeholders.

6. Competitor Analysis • Perform competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. • Benchmark performance against industry standards and rivals.

7. Staying Updated • Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. • Adapt strategies to comply with changes in search engine guidelines.

1. Organic Traffic Growth o Monthly increase in organic sessions. o Percentage growth compared to the previous month/quarter.

2. Keyword Rankings o Number of keywords ranking in the top 10/20/50 positions. o Movement in rankings for high-priority keywords.

3. Backlink Profile o Number of high-quality backlinks acquired. o Domain authority and page authority improvements. o Reduction in toxic or spammy backlinks.

4. Page Load Speed o Improvement in average page load time (Desktop and Mobile). o Achieving Core Web Vitals thresholds.

5. Bounce Rate and Dwell Time o Reduction in bounce rate for key pages. o Increase in average session duration.

6. Conversion Rate o Growth in conversions attributed to organic traffic. o Improvements in lead generation from SEO landing pages.

Efficiency Metrics

1. Content Optimization o Number of pages optimized for SEO monthly. o Increase in click-through rates (CTR) from organic search.

2. Indexing and Technical Fixes o Speed and accuracy of resolving indexing errors. o Number of technical issues resolved each month.
