We are looking for an SEO/ Digital Marketing Manager

Technical Competency:

• SEO: On-page/off-page techniques, keyword research, website optimization.
• Content Marketing: Creating blogs, videos, infographics, aligning with business goals.
• Social Media Marketing: Managing platforms, executing campaigns, analyzing performance.
• Email Marketing: Using tools like Mailchimp, designing campaigns, managing subscribers.
• PPC Advertising: Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, campaign optimization and analysis.
• Analytics: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, data interpretation.
• Web Development Basics: Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, familiarity with CMS like WordPress.
• Marketing Automation: Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, setting up workflows.
• CRM: Knowledge of Salesforce, Zoho, managing customer data for targeted marketing.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, creating marketing materials.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and optimize online campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, email, and social media.
• Oversee content creation and ensure consistency in messaging across all digital platforms.
• Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
