SEO Analyst

About This Position

SEO Analyst,

• Conduct regular technical audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and GSC.
• ⁠Identify and resolve crawl errors, broken links, soft 404s, and indexing issues.
• ⁠Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, structured data, and canonical tags.
• Work with the dev team to ensure best practices in site architecture and URL structuring.
• ⁠Optimize metadata (title, descriptions, H1s), internal linking, schema markup, and keyword targeting.
• ⁠Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with SEO goals.
• Collaborate with content writers to publish high-quality, SEO-friendly blog and landing pages.
• Optimize existing content for improved ranking and performance.
• ⁠Build high-quality backlinks through white-hat outreach, guest posting, PR, and partnerships.
• Monitor domain authority, link profile health, and manage disavow files if needed.
• ⁠Identify backlink gaps and competitive link-building opportunities.
• ⁠Manage a small team of writers/link builders and oversee task execution.
• ⁠Train and mentor junior SEO/content team members.
• ⁠Prepare detailed SEO performance reports and insights for internal teams.
• Stay updated with algorithm changes and best practices in SEO.
  

You Need To Have

• 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably in a B2B SaaS or IT services company).
• ⁠Strong command of tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar.
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS basics, Core Web Vitals, and website performance optimization.
• ⁠Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience using AI/LLM-based tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Surfer SEO, Claude, etc., for content briefs, keyword planning, SEO automation, and content optimization.
