The Opportunity We’re hiring an SEO Analyst focused on AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AI search visibility. You’ll help Enjo show up where modern users search—across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and classic SERPs—by combining on-page fundamentals, structured data, and a programmatic approach.

You’ll partner with content, product, and engineering to design scalable templates, strengthen our internal link graph, and ensure our technical foundation supports fast, crawlable, and indexable experiences.

A Glimpse into Your Day-to-Day

1. Run intent-based keyword and question research to map topics to clusters and AI answer surfaces.
2. Write crisp SEO/AEO briefs, structure pages for E-E-A-T, and QA content for accuracy and coverage.
3. Implement and validate schema.org/JSON-LD; monitor rich results and LLM citation patterns.
4. Diagnose crawlability/indexation issues (robots, canonicals, sitemaps), and drive fixes with engineering/design.
5. Design and iterate programmatic SEO templates (parameters, dedupe/canonicals/noindex rules) for scale.
6. Build simple Looker Studio/Sheets dashboards from GSC/GA4 to track CTR, rankings, conversions, and “share-of-answer” across AI engines.
7. Propose rule-based internal linking to surface orphan/low-link pages and strengthen topical hubs.
8. Run small experiments (titles/meta/H1s, schema variants, link rules, CWV tweaks), measure lift, and document learnings.

Who We’re Looking For

1. 1-3 years in SEO/growth (internships count) with a strong AEO-first mindset (AI engines + SERPs).
2. On-page fundamentals: keyword intent, titles/meta/H1s, content structuring, and scalable internal linking.
3. Roadmap/Strategy Development: develop strategic plans outlining key SEO initiatives and timelines to achieve clear short-term and long-term objectives.
4. Technical SEO basics: crawlability, indexation, canonicals, sitemaps, robots.txt; basic HTML/CSS and awareness of JS rendering.
5. Structured data: hands-on with schema.org/JSON-LD and validation/debugging.
6. Analytics: GSC & GA4; ability to turn data into insights and build lightweight Sheets/Looker Studio reports.
7. Tooling: Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights/Lighthouse; familiarity with Core Web Vita+ls.
8. Programmatic SEO mindset: templates, parameterized pages, dedupe, indexation controls at scale.
9. Internal link graph thinking with a bias for rule-based solutions.
10. Strong writer and async communicator; clear tickets/issues for dev/design; excellent written English.
11. Work towards and keep up with the evolving organic search methodologies, the new age of AI Search and discoverability.
12. Nice-to-haves: Webflow; regex; basic SQL or Python; API exposure; Notion/Jira; basic Git.
