Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Guide students on overseas education options based on their profiles.
Handle university applications for countries like the Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Europe and Dubai.
Respond promptly to students, business agents and associate queries via email and phone.
Should have the ability to manage a team.
Stay updated on international admission processes and entrance exams.
Coordinate with branches/associates/agents for documents and payments.
Manage online and offline application submissions.
Maintain strong relationships with branches and associates.
Target driven and ensure process compliances are met.
Make sure positive student experience.
Participate in educational fairs, university visits, and in-house seminars.

Preferred candidate profile:

Experienced in overseas education counseling or international admissions.
Strong knowledge of study destinations including Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Dubai & Europe.
Familiarity with university application processes, visa requirements, and entrance exams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business agents, students and associates.
Proficient in handling student/business queries via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
Ability to manage application documentation and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
Goal-oriented, with the ability to meet targets while maintaining high service quality.
Team player with a professional approach and attention to detail.
Willingness to participate in education fairs, seminars, and university visits.
