Profile Overview:


  • We are seeking a creative and execution-focused Senior Video Content Creator to transform product, brand, and marketing ideas into engaging videos and visual content. In this role, you will be crucial in executing the video production process end-to-end—from conceptualization and storyboarding to filming, editing, and publishing.
  • This is an ideal position for a detail-oriented individual with strong storytelling expertise in video creation, a passion for digital storytelling, and an eagerness to contribute to a fast-paced, global marketing environment within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • This position is more suitable for someone who eats AI for breakfast, lunch & dinner. (Knowledge of using AI like a pro for video creation)


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Execute the full cycle of video production, including storyboarding, scripting, filming, lighting, sound recording, and professional editing.
  • Conceptualize and produce various video formats, including product explainers, customer testimonials, thought leadership content, social media snippets, webinars, and internal communications.
  • Create and adapt video and visual content to be platform-specific (e.g., vertical videos for Instagram/Shorts, professional content for LinkedIn, long-form for YouTube, and website/landing page assets).
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, regional marketing goals, and campaign objectives across diverse international markets.
  • Utilize proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) to deliver high-quality, polished final products.
  • Support the creation of basic motion graphics, title sequences, animations, and visual effects to enhance video engagement.
  • Manage the organization and maintenance of the digital video library, equipment, and content assets.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and the wider team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas that resonate with the target B2B audience (small/medium accommodation businesses).
  • Assist in live shoots, event coverage, and virtual production (e.g., webinars).
  • Stay updated on the latest video trends, tools, social media algorithms, and content marketing techniques relevant to the SaaS and hospitality tech space. Deep understanding through market research & competitor analysis.

  • Digital Storytelling & Creative Vision:

    Proven ability to conceptualize and craft compelling narratives and visually engaging content, tailoring the message effectively for specific platforms (e.g., social media, website) and diverse target audiences.
  • Cross-Channel Content Optimization:

    Strong skill set in adapting and optimizing video and visual assets across multiple digital channels and formats to maximize engagement, performance, and alignment with market-specific goals.
  • End-to-End Video Production Mastery:

    Comprehensive, hands-on expertise covering the entire video production lifecycle, including scripting, shooting (camera, lighting, audio), professional editing, and final delivery of high-quality assets.
  • Visual Enhancement & Design Acumen:

    Foundational knowledge of motion graphics, basic animation, and visual effects (VFX), alongside an understanding of graphic design principles to elevate the final product aesthetically and clearly communicate complex ideas.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4–8 years of professional experience in video production, digital content creation, or a closely related role, preferably within the B2B SaaS or Technology sector.
  • Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard video editing software, including but not limited to Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Studies, Communication, Marketing, or a related creative field is preferred.
  • Must be highly self-motivated, adaptable, and possess a proactive mindset for troubleshooting and creative problem-solving.
