Software Quality Assurance Team Lead

As a skilled and hands-on QA Team Lead at Yanolja Cloud Solution Pvt. Ltd. (YCS), formerly eZee Technosys, you will play a crucial role in managing our Quality Assurance team and enhancing the overall product quality. With more than 450 team members and 17 years of experience, YCS serves over 33,000 customers in 170 countries and supports 50 languages in our software offerings. You will be responsible for setting up robust QA processes, guiding the QA team, and ensuring successful product releases. Experience in B2B SaaS, particularly in the hospitality industry, will be advantageous. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing quality strategies and processes for our hospitality SaaS products, establishing manual and automation testing systems, and overseeing the complete QA process from requirements understanding to final sign-off before release. You will lead and support the QA team members, provide training to enhance their skills, manage workload and task assignments effectively, and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Support teams to maintain high product quality standards. Key Skills Needed: - Experience leading QA teams and setting up QA processes. - Strong knowledge of SaaS products and manual testing. - Some experience with test automation tools, preferably Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. - Proficiency in using tools like ClickUp, JIRA, or similar. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Requirements: - 8-10 years of overall QA experience in B2B SaaS companies. - 3-5 years in a QA lead or manager role. - Hands-on experience with manual testing, UI/UX testing, and API testing. - Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright (preferred). - Experience using project management tools like ClickUp or JIRA. - Good written and spoken communication skills.
