Senior Video Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute video content across various formats and platforms.
• Handle all aspects of production, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, color grading, and final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure content supports brand and business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets
• Maintain high production standards while adapting to evolving creative briefs.
  

Required Skills And Experience

• 4+ years of experience in video production, including experience in scripting, storyboarding, and visual storytelling.
• Strong cinematography skills, including an understanding of lighting, composition, and camera operation (mirrorless systems and mobile videography).
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related editing tools.
• Deep technical knowledge of video formats, codecs, color correction, sound design, and visual effects.
• Excellent storytelling ability, with a focus on crafting narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Organizational and project management skills, including experience managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI-based creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway ML) and an interest in exploring their integration into workflows.
• Prior experience working on educational, explainer, or learning-oriented content.
• Understanding of social media platforms, digital ad formats, and UI/UX principles as they relate to video.
