Job Description

Role: Senior Vice President – Solutions & Transitions - P&C Insurance (Americas)

Location: Noida / Pune / Bengaluru

Work Mode: Hybrid

Function: Solutions, Consulting, Transitions, Insurance

About The Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President – Solutions & Transitions (Americas) to lead enterprise-wide solutioning and transition initiatives within the Property & Casualty insurance domain. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this strategic leadership role will drive consultative solutioning, seamless client transitions, and business growth across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Solutions and Transitions function, delivering innovative and commercially viable solutions for global insurance clients.
Partner with Business Development, Client Engagement, and Delivery teams to define winning deal strategies and high-impact proposals.
Establish and govern a standardized solutioning framework, pricing models, and transition processes that ensure successful client onboarding.
Build and mentor a multi-location team operating in a hub-and-spoke model for efficient collaboration and delivery.
Drive consulting-led revenue growth by leveraging deep domain expertise and strong market insights.

Desired Qualifications

20+ years of leadership experience in the Insurance or Reinsurance sector, preferably in Property & Casualty.
Proven expertise in solutioning, consulting, transitions, or pre-sales leadership roles.
Strong understanding of insurance operations, transformation, and managed services.
Demonstrated commercial acumen with success in structuring and closing complex engagements.
Exposure to process excellence methodologies (Lean Six Sigma preferred).
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Global perspective with flexibility for domestic and international travel (approx. 20%).
