Role Overview

We're looking for a UX Designer who is passionate about simplifying complex problems and creating intuitive experiences for entrepreneurs. You'll play a crucial role in designing tools that help small businesses grow profitably, ensuring our no-code platform remains accessible to customers (ecommerce merchants) of all technical levels.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Research

• Design user-centered interfaces for our funnel builder and marketing automation tools that prioritize simplicity and ease of use
• Conduct user research, and usability testing to deeply understand the needs and pain points of small business owners
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate complex functionality into intuitive experiences
• Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across our product suite

Customer-Inspired Innovation

• Collaborate closely with the team to understand success metrics of our customers and design experiences that drive results
• Analyze user behavior data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
• Champion the requirements of our customers in all design decisions, especially for small businesses with limited technical expertise

Collaboration & Excellence

• Work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive solutions
• Pay meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of your designs—from micro-interactions to information architecture
• Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining high design standards
• Document design decisions and create clear specifications for development teams

Continuous Learning

• Stay current with UX trends, eCommerce best practices, and no-code platform innovations
• Pursue mastery in understanding how entrepreneurs think and make decisions
• Tackle challenging design problems with creativity and persistence
• Share knowledge and insights with the team to elevate overall design quality

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with SaaS or eCommerce products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
• Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
• Ability to design for non-technical users and prioritize simplicity
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic understanding of technical constraints

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing no-code or low-code platforms
• Familiarity with eCommerce, marketing automation, or funnel building concepts
• Understanding of WordPress & WooCommerce ecosystem
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
