Senior UX Designer

About The Role

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team tackling all aspects of the design process. You’ll creatively solve complex problems using diverse perspectives, research inputs, and your own informed design sensibilities. You’ll lead client engagements, guide design teams, and thread business and design thinking together to deliver inventive, durable, and thoughtful solutions—from concept to launch.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end design processes, from insight generation to concept development and delivery.Apply user-centered design methodologies to ensure solutions are grounded in customer needs.Conduct user research and usability testing; develop personas, customer journeys, and service blueprints.Create and communicate design concepts using storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and other visual tools.Define information architecture, user flows, and interface designs validated through testing.Collaborate with project managers to issue status reports, manage scope changes, and develop contingency plans.Mentor junior designers and contribute to capability building within the team.

You’ll also engage with colleagues across the firm to help clients deliver breakthrough products, experiences, and businesses.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Service Design, Graphic Design (with UX focus), or equivalent.7+ years of experience designing applications, websites, products, and services.Proven ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.Strong strategic thinking and vision for customer journeys and user experiences.Experience owning project vision, execution, and client relationships.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and design mentorship.Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe CS, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, Flinto.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and web-based technologies.Strong command of English (verbal and written).Willingness to travel up to 75% to client sites

Deep understanding of design methodologies, UX principles, and design systems (with experience / ability to set up a new design system file)Strategic thinking to shape actionable customer experiences.Project management skills to build Design roadmaps, prioritize actions, and manage capacity.Collaboration with product, tech, and research teams in Agile environments.Visual communication skills to convey ideas clearly in decks and leadership presentations.

Education
