- As a Senior UX Designer, you will: Lead the end-to-end UX process research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and high-fidelity designs.
- Partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to understand customer workflows, pain points, and requirements, and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Champion user-centered design and customer validation across the product lifecycle, and in roadmap and product strategy discussions.
- Advocate for UX best practices and accessibility, ensuring usability is built into every product decision.
- Drive data-informed, user-validated design by collaborating with stakeholders to embed customer insights and usability feedback into pre and post design processes.

Skills & Experience
Required:
Bachelor s degree with 7+ years of UX Design experience (or Master s with 3+ years) in UX Design, HCI, Cognitive Science, Product Design, or related field. Demonstrated expertise in designing complex, technical, or enterprise-scale applications, with a portfolio that highlights this depth. Expertise in simplifying complex workflows into intuitive, usable designs. Contribute to and apply design system standards to create cohesive, user-friendly experiences. Excellent interaction design skills and ability to communicate design rationale effectively. Proficiency in Figma, component libraries, interaction design, and visual polish. Experience working within Agile development environments. Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional, global teams. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to shape problem spaces. Experience with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, other). Background in enterprise software, infrastructure management, or system monitoring tools.
Preferred:
Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. Experience facilitating design workshops, design sprints, or cross-functional collaboration sessions. Passion for mentoring peers and sharing design best practices.
