Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer at CBRE, you will collaborate with various teams to create user experiences for core journeys and products. Your role will involve managing relationships with global business partners, conceptualizing original ideas based on user research, creating design guidelines, wireframes, and user flows, as well as presenting design solutions to internal teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other designers to define and implement innovative solutions - Manage relationships with global business partners and create user experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop channels - Advocate for the user by grounding ideas in data-driven solutions and incorporating customer insights throughout the creative process - Conceptualize original ideas based on user research and evaluation to simplify complex design requirements - Document the user experience through mock-ups, design specs, and prototype demos - Create wireframes, user flows/journeys, and site maps to communicate interaction design concepts - Execute UX and visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering - Present design solutions to internal teams and business stakeholders Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience preferred - Ability to learn quickly and take initiatives - Clear understanding of core UX principles - Experience working in direct collaboration with product leadership, development managers, and business stakeholders - Experience with scrum and agile development environments - Skill in analyzing analytics and behavioral insights to improve products - Strong communication skills and affinity for visual storytelling - Profound capacity to create intuitive user experiences - Fluency with design tools such as Figma, XD, Miro, Airtable, and other UX & prototyping software - Ability to create high & low fidelity prototypes - Excellent presentation and documentation skills - Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in User Experience processes and techniques Personal Attributes: - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a distributed UX team - Ability to manage timelines of multiple initiatives,
