This role has been designed as Hybrid with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing seamless and engaging experiences for our users across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to transform complex problems into intuitive and visually appealing solutions.
What you ll do:

Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviours.

Create user personas, journey maps, and experience flows to inform design decisions.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs for web and mobile applications.

Collaborate with UI designers to ensure visual consistency and design quality.

Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.

Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging UX tools.

Advocate for the user in cross-functional discussions and product decisions.
What you need to bring:

Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX projects.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Strong experience with UX design for B2B oriented products and corporate solutions.

Experience with UX design for MIS systems.

Strong understanding of user-cantered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Typically, 12-15+ years experience
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with UX design for corporate security/policy-management systems and products.

Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.

Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar).

Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
Familiarity with agile/scrum development processes
