Job Description

We're hiring a Senior UX Designer to craft user-centered experiences for the Revenue Cloud quotes solution. Based in India, you'll focus on designing intuitive interfaces that incorporate AI for enhanced usability.

Responsibilities:

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for quotes portals and workflows.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform designs.
Collaborate with UI developers, analysts, and AI SMEs to integrate AI features like personalized UIs.
Ensure designs align with business requirements and accessibility standards.
Iterate based on stakeholder input and testing results.
Develop UX guidelines and style guides for the project.
Optimize for multi-device experiences in revenue processes.
Document design rationales and handoff to development teams.

Requirements

8+ years in UX design, with Salesforce or enterprise software experience.
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
Portfolio showcasing complex UI/UX projects.
Knowledge of AI in UX (e.g., adaptive interfaces) a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's in Design or related field.
Based in India; remote/hybrid.
