Senior UX Designer

Role Overview: As a Senior UX Designer at our company, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing user experiences for enterprise-grade products. Your role will involve simplifying complex workflows, optimizing dashboards, and delivering intuitive user journeys. Key Responsibilities: - Design and optimize UX for enterprise platforms beyond websites. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systems. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions. - Present and justify design choices including flows, colors, and accessibility. - Mentor junior designers and promote design thinking within the team. Qualification Required: - 5-10 years of UX design experience in platforms/SaaS/enterprise products. - Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product UX design. - Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with Sketch/Adobe CC/InVision/Miro is a bonus. - Effective communication skills to articulate design rationale clearly.
