Your role The advertised position is in the Design & Customer Experience team and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and international group of innovators, on a variety of products and innovation horizons.We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to take-over a central role for design of future experiences in B2C and B2B. You will contribute to:Identify customer insights and translate customers perspective into tangible experience concepts and solutionsCreate inclusive user experience for digital customer touchpoints like mobile apps, web portals, smart TVs, wearables, conversational interfaces, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (e.g: WCAG 2.2 AA)Create and compose user experience strategies in the sweet spot of desirability, feasibility, viability, and integrityImprove user experience end-to-end along customer journeys, ensuring usability for all, including people with disabilitiesCraft experience prototypes of various fidelity levelsValidate user experience concepts with customersContribute to design teams and related activities across all phases of innovation development process, from initial research to final roll-outApply design thinking and tailored user-centric methods in interdisciplinary project teams, contributing along the process with top experts from multiple domainsProvide customer-centric storytelling and solutions for business decisionsExplore and transfer newest technologies into experience solutions and keep the team ahead of timeShare knowledge and skills and help colleagues and team to grow Your profile The advertised position requires a selected set of experience and skills:Bachelor and Master’s degree in design field (e.g. user experience design, interaction design) and 4-8 years of work experience in user experience and user interface designBasic knowledge on accessibility (AX) standards and related design principlesFluent in EnglishDigital concept and solution expert with profound practice of crafting digital User Experiences for various customer touchpoints (e.g. web and mobile) and product-/service categoriesExpert in creation and usage of accessible design systemsExpertise in UI design (visual design, graphic design)Method expert for user experience and interaction design related activities, from early exploration to realizationModerator and facilitator of design thinking formats, customer-centric workshops and design sprintsDomain expert with experience of applying user-centric and accessibility-focused design activities along the product development process in agile and interdisciplinary projectsDeep understanding on digital product development processes and related close collaboration with software engineersCommunicator who supports decision makers to challenge conventional practices and to instill customer perspective in decision-making processesStoryteller with the ability of visualizing ideas and solutions, communicate experience strategies and encourage collaborationFuture thinker with the ability to inspire teams with knowledge of user experience design trends, new interaction paradigms and latest experience related technologiesYou are driven by curiosity and empathy, thrilled to explore positive use of technologies for human being and environmentYou embrace complex challenges and problems and inspire new ways of thinkingYou are resilient and understand the complexity of working for a large organization.You are flexible to take different roles and to contribute with different skillset, adapting to teams and projects’ needs.You drive for excellence and are on the path of lifelong learningYou rank team always over ego and are passionate about collaboration with people from many cultures
