Senior User Experience (UX) Designer

Primary Responsibilities

• Create low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, user flows, prototypes, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to conceptualize ideas and implement customer-focused solutions across all digital touchpoints.
• Iterate rapidly based on feedback and evolving requirements, increasing prototype fidelity over time.
• Conduct user experience research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Motivate, inspire, and influence teams to adopt design thinking and UX best practices.
• Identify and support strategic UX initiatives within the organization.
• Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Required Skills / Experience

• Minimum 5

  years of professional experience

  in UX/design/digital roles, with recent experience in senior UX positions.
• Proven UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise.
• Proficiency with

  Figma

  .
• Familiarity with

  HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  .
• Strong visual design skills and sensitivity to user-system interactions.
• Ability to present designs and effectively communicate solutions to stakeholders.
• Broad understanding of web and mobile UI standards, usability, and interface design principles.
• Knowledge of

  ADA standards

  for digital accessibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with

  Agile development

  environments strongly preferred.
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for complex enterprise banking systems.
• Familiarity with additional design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Experience conducting remote usability testing and gathering actionable insights.
