Job Title: Senior UK IT Recruiter Location: Chennai Department: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 3-5 years in IT Recruitment (UK Market preferred) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior UK IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK IT hiring landscape and be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier tech talent for contract and permanent roles across the UK region. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for IT roles in the UK (Contract and Permanent). Source candidates using job portals (e.g., CWJobs, JobServe, Reed, LinkedIn), social media, internal databases, and referrals. Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule client interviews and follow up on feedback. Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates. Negotiate salary/rate and finalize offers in alignment with company/client policies. Stay updated with UK market trends and compliance requirements (e.g., IR35). Maintain and update recruitment tracking systems and reports. Key Requirements: Proven experience (3–5 years) in IT recruitment, specifically for the UK market . Strong understanding of UK work authorization types, IR35 rules, and compliance practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Familiarity with UK IT technologies and job functions (e.g., .Net, Java, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with clients or in an agency/consultancy environment is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Experience using ATS/CRM tools like Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, or similar.
