Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior UK IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK IT hiring landscape and be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier tech talent for contract and permanent roles across the UK region.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for IT roles in the UK (Contract and Permanent).
• Source candidates using job portals (e.g., CWJobs, JobServe, Reed, LinkedIn), social media, internal databases, and referrals.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule client interviews and follow up on feedback.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Negotiate salary/rate and finalize offers in alignment with company/client policies.
• Stay updated with UK market trends and compliance requirements (e.g., IR35).
• Maintain and update recruitment tracking systems and reports.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience (3–5 years) in IT recruitment, specifically for the UK market.
• Strong understanding of UK work authorization types, IR35 rules, and compliance practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with UK IT technologies and job functions (e.g., .Net, Java, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with clients or in an agency/consultancy environment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Experience using ATS/CRM tools like Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, or similar.
• Exposure to MSP/VMS-based recruitment models (desirable).
