Job Title: Senior UK IT Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the recruitment delivery team for UK-based IT positions.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process: from requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, scheduling, to offer and onboarding.
• Liaise directly with UK clients to understand hiring needs and set delivery expectations.
• Allocate roles to recruiters, monitor performance, and ensure timely closures.
• Conduct regular team reviews, provide guidance, and resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure quality submissions by validating candidate profiles before client submission.
• Track KPIs and SLAs, and ensure delivery metrics are met.
• Support recruiters in sourcing strategies and candidate engagement techniques.
• Handle escalations and client feedback proactively.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring roles and skill sets.

Requirements:

• 5+ years

  of experience in

  IT recruitment

  ,
• Proven experience in

  UK/EU IT hiring

  .
• Excellent understanding of IT skills, technologies, and UK recruitment processes.
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with ATS, CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of UK work authorization processes and compliance (IR35, etc.).
• Experience mentoring or training junior recruiters.
