About The Role

Senior UX Designer with a strong background in AI technologies and exceptional communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end UX process for AI-driven products — from research and ideation to final design and testing.
• Translate advanced AI/ML outputs into clean, comprehensible, and usable interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and developers to align business goals with user needs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback to improve design performance.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design documentation.
• Advocate for ethical and explainable AI design practices, ensuring trust, transparency, and inclusivity.
• Communicate design rationale, user needs, and product vision clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a design-driven culture.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with at least 2 years on AI-based applications.
• Proven track record of designing intuitive, user-centric products — especially those integrating AI features like personalization, prediction, automation, or chatbots.
• Strong communication skills — verbal, visual, and written — with the ability to articulate design decisions and technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they impact UX (e.g., natural language processing, recommendation systems, generative AI).
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Experience conducting usability testing and synthesizing research insights into actionable design improvements.
• Passion for solving complex problems and delivering impactful design solutions.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing conversational interfaces (chatbots, voice assistants).
• Exposure to data visualization, dashboards, or AI explainability tools.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
