able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. You will be

responsible for designing and delivering outstanding user experiences across our digital

platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the design process from concept to execution for web and mobile applications.

● Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define

and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

● Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to gather insights and validate

design decisions.

● Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.

● Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for new product features.

● Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

● Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support.

Requirements:

● Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

● Strong portfolio showcasing excellent visual design skills and a deep understanding of

user-centered design principles.

● Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site

maps.

● Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

● Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

● Experience designing for accessibility and internationalization.
