Role Description This is a full-time on-site Senior Training Manager role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area at Value RCM Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. The Senior Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. The role will involve developing training materials, conducting training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and continuously improving training processes.
