Lead all Talent Transformation initiatives, training strategy, and execution
Align with client and ops on training goals, delivery, and reviewsGuide Trainers; track utilization, compliance, and performance metricsPlan and manage new hire, refresher, and behavioral quality trainingFacilitate client visits, QBRs, and due diligence sessions
Language Proficiency Level: English-Spoken & Written: B2/C1 level
