Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Territory Manager located in Uttar Pradesh. The Senior Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the company's customer base in the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and providing technical support to farmers. The role also involves collaborating with other teams to ensure the successful implementation of promotional activities and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Territory Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
• Technical knowledge in agriculture and farming practices is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse customer base
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field
