Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Territory Manager located in Gurgaon. The Senior Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the territory, building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring team performance. Key tasks include overseeing sales strategies, devising plans to meet targets, collaborating with various departments, and providing excellent customer service.

• Proven experience in sales and territory management
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Experience in the real estate or PropTech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Willingness to travel within the territory as needed
