Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Territory Manager located in Kolkata. The Senior Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales effort in their designated territory. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, monitoring market trends, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, conducting product training sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications Strong sales, business development, and account management skills Experience in leading and developing a sales team Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Understanding of the medical device industry and market trends Ability to travel within the designated territory as required Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
