Job Description

We are seeking two highly experienced Technical Writers/Editors to join our content operations team. The ideal candidates will be self-starters with a proven track record of writing, editing, and publishing customer-facing support documentation that is clear, consistent, and easy to consume.


This role will focus on editing, standardizing, and publishing support articles to ensure accuracy, readability, and alignment with our brand and style guidelines.


Key Responsibilities


  • Review, edit, and publish external-facing support articles for technical accuracy, clarity, and tone.
  • Collaborate with product, support, and engineering teams to ensure content completeness and correctness.
  • Maintain consistency in style, structure, and terminology across all customer-facing documentation.
  • Manage publishing workflows in CMS or knowledge base platforms (e.g., Salesforce Knowledge, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Confluence, etc.).
  • Proactively identify outdated or redundant content and coordinate updates.
  • Apply SEO best practices and accessibility standards to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Uphold and evolve editorial standards and content quality guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing, editing, or documentation management—preferably in a software or technology environment.
  • Strong command of written English and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with structured content and enterprise CMS tools.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with support knowledge base ecosystems and best practices for external customer content.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience editing or publishing content for SaaS, enterprise support, or developer platforms
  • Understanding of terminology management and content governance.
  • Basic HTML or Markdown knowledge.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
