As a Senior Technical Content Writer at Rapifuzz, your role is crucial in creating high-quality technical content that educates and engages our target audience. You will collaborate with various teams to develop content aligned with our technology solutions and business goals. Your responsibilities include: - Plan, develop, and maintain product documentation such as user guides, API docs, release notes, knowledge base articles, and training materials. - Translate complex technical concepts into simple, concise content for diverse audiences. - Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure timely documentation updates. - Develop and enforce content standards, style guides, and documentation workflows. - Lead information architecture decisions to improve content discoverability. - Mentor junior writers and review their work for quality. - Use analytics and feedback to enhance documentation effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - 8+ years of technical writing/content creation experience in the technology or cybersecurity/software industry. - Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in tools like Diffchecker, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and SEO tools. - Familiarity with SDLC, APIs, cloud computing, security concepts, or developer tools. - Knowledge of SEO best practices and web content structuring. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently. - Experience with content management systems (CMS) and publishing workflows. - Exposure to developer relations (DevRel) or developer advocacy content. - Basic understanding of UI/UX documentation and visual communication.
