• 6–10+ years of hands-on experience in technical writing for software products and enterprise systems
• Strong understanding of complex technical architectures (APIs, microservices, integrations, workflows)
• Ability to convert technical concepts into clear, structured documentation
• Experience creating solution documents, integration guides, API documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger), developer onboarding guides
• Skilled in preparing user manuals, admin guides, troubleshooting guides, release notes, product handbooks
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, authentication flows (OAuth2, JWT), backend–frontend interactions
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams to gather accurate technical information
• Proficient with documentation tools: Confluence, Markdown, Swagger, Postman, Git-based repositories
• Ability to standardize documentation templates and maintain version-controlled docs
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, deployment workflows, and technical best practices
• Excellent written communication with strong focus on clarity, structure, and readability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and produce client-ready, audit-ready documentation
