Senior Technical Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with SMEs, Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to gather technical details and product specifications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive, user-friendly documentation for installation, administration, and use of JFrog products.
• Create and update API documentation, technical specifications, YAML and JSON configuration files, and related materials.
• Test and validate sample code and examples included in documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Produce clear, concise content tailored for technical audiences, including REST API users and DevOps professionals.
• Work independently while maintaining strong collaboration and communication across teams.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Continuously improve documentation processes and contribute to content strategy and quality initiatives.
