Senior Technical Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will work both independently and collaboratively with the support team to resolve technical issues and incidents efficiently. Your responsibilities will include logging into various systems, diagnosing problems, and providing solutions. Additionally, you will review incidents, problems, and change requests on the Support Portal. **Key Responsibilities:** - Expand on and clarify customer requests - Replicate customer/application issues and diagnose root causes - Document solutions effectively - Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills - Multi-task effectively with strong analytical abilities - Participate in testing and validating the MES System and related configurations - Support bespoke software applications - Comprehend technical information related to computer software, hardware, and networks - Utilize proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) **Qualifications Required:** - Extensive experience in SQL Database - Proficient in writing T-SQL codes, Stored Procedures, Functions, and Views - Familiarity with SSIS and ETL processes - Experience with MSSQL Management Studio and SQL Server Profiler - Ability to write and debug code in C#, debug code in Javascript, HTML, and XAML - Knowledge of IIS (Internet Information Services) **Additional Details:** - Knowledge in WPF, HTML 5, .Net Framework, and SSRS Reporting would be beneficial - Experience with Visual Studio, Telerik Software tools, and Aspen tech MES is a plus - Industry knowledge in food and beverage processing is advantageous - Basic understanding of manufacturing processes/automation in Food and Beverage Industries **Education and Experience:** - Graduate in Computer Science or Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering - Preferably with a postgraduate degree in Information Technology or equivalent IT experience - Minimum 7 years of experience in delivering software projects for process-oriented environments,
