You’ll be a senior member of our global team, working on next-generation platforms built with modern architecture and technologies. We are actively looking for immediate joiners or candidates who can join us within 15 days. Location: Coimbatore (preferred) Candidates already based in Coimbatore or willing to relocate from nearby regions are strongly encouraged to apply. Once our office is established, you will be expected to work from our Jeavio Coimbatore office. Core Technical Skills Java Ecosystem: Advanced Java development experience (Java 21 preferred) Strong command of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Security Proven experience in secure coding practices, authentication, and authorization Proficiency in implementing security measures using Spring Security Experience with JBoss BPM Suite (jBPM) for business process automation Familiarity with microservices architecture and best practices Python & R (Good to Have): Development and scripting in Python and/or R Integration of Python services with Java-based systems Data processing and analytics using relevant libraries Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design: Design scalable, maintainable, and secure enterprise-level solutions Establish best practices, coding standards, and architecture guidelines Integrate business process management tools with core platforms Ensure alignment of system design with business goals and technology roadmap Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor development teams Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards Evaluate new technologies and recommend adoption Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions Additional Skills Strong problem-solving and communication abilities Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows Cloud expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP Working knowledge of Apache Kafka, Spark, and event-driven architectures Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies Database design and performance tuning skills
