Monitor credit quality and minimize delinquency by ensuring robust credit underwriting processes. 4. Customer Service & Retention: Enhance customer satisfaction through service quality, quick issue resolution, and relationship building. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements. 5. Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities and market trends. Recommend product and process enhancements based on market feedback. 6. People and Culture: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders Serve as a cultural ambassador of the NBFC-uphold and promote organizational values such as customer-centricity, ethical conduct, agility, and innovation Represent the NBFC in community events and external forums, enhancing brand visibility Ensure team alignment with the company's mission and values through regular communication and engagement.
