Sales Manager Paints

As a Sales Manager for Paints, you will play a crucial role in leading our paint sales operations in Madhapur, Hyderabad. With over 5 years of experience in the paint/building materials industry, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Your expertise will be instrumental in building, managing, and expanding dealer/distributor networks across the assigned regions. Your key responsibilities will include establishing strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and retail partners, while monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. You will drive new product launches and promotional campaigns in the market, and manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals. Additionally, you will prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Your strong network of dealers, distributors, and influencers in the paint industry, coupled with excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, will enable you to analyze sales data and market trends for strategic decisions. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is essential for success in this position. Preferred skills for this role include knowledge of decorative & industrial paints, coatings, and application methods, as well as experience in handling B2B and B2C sales channels.
