As a Domestic IT Recruiter at our company located in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals within the domestic market. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing potential candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and technical skills needed for various IT roles. Sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks will be a key aspect of your role. Screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and technical leads are essential tasks you will undertake. Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified IT candidates for future roles, negotiating offers, and ensuring timely communication with both candidates and hiring teams will be part of your daily activities. Staying updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and the evolving IT landscape will also be crucial for success in this role. To excel as a Domestic IT Recruiter, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role, a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, familiarity with various sourcing tools and job portals, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
