Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and delivering engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components
• Ensure consistency in visual elements and user experience across platforms
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
• Optimize designs for responsiveness and accessibility

Required Skills

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability best practices
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across different platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,323.24 - ₹20,000.00 per month
