The Senior Technical Sales Engineer will lead our Cooling Water Treatment vertical, driving business development, client engagement, and technical execution. This role requires deep technical expertise in industrial water treatment combined with strong commercial capabilities.
• Develop and expand business across Power, Refinery, Fertilizer, Steel, and Chemical segments
• Conduct site audits, system assessments, and technical demonstrations
• Prepare and present technical proposals, tenders, and commercial offers
• Lead, mentor, and support technical sales teams
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key industrial clients
• Collaborate closely with operations, service, and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Extensive experience in Cooling Water Treatment chemistry, dosing systems, and monitoring tools
• Proven success in technical sales, business development, and key account management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding client relationships, and supporting the company’s commercial strategy in domestic and global markets.
• Drive revenue growth and market expansion across identified accounts
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Manage the complete sales pipeline and maintain consistent customer communication
• Conduct market research and identify competitive advantages
• Coordinate import/export requirements and logistics
• Communicate production timelines, availability, and forecasts to customers
• Manage and optimize Indiamart and Trade India business accounts
• MBA with at least 2 years of B2B chemical sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree: B.Sc. Chemistry / B.Tech Chemical / B.Tech Mechanical
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage the end-to-end sales cycle
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital business platforms
