Ideal recruiters must be able to work 8-5 PST and have access to fast internet and a computer with a camera/mic.

Must Haves

5 Plus years of IT recruitment experience

Excellent communication skills and pipeline building discipline

Excellent recruiting and tech savvy techniques to source and engage candidates on Linkedin

Experience hosting live coding sessions.

Experience checking code through an IDE.

Thorough understanding of Cloud Infrastructure.

Thorough understanding of newer technologies such as AI and ML.

Thorough understanding of OOP concepts when it relates to Front-End, Back-End technologies.

Current US phone service and reliable internet.
