Job Description

As a Technical Architect specializing in AdTech with over 10 years of experience in software architecture and backend development, you will be responsible for shaping the architecture and scalability of the next-generation programmatic advertising and monetization solutions at our company. Your role will involve collaborating across teams, driving technology choices, and designing high-performance systems to support our rapidly growing platform. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and implement scalable, high-performance systems specifically tailored for AdTech platforms. - Lead design discussions, code and architecture reviews, and make strategic tech decisions. - Translate product goals and business needs into effective technical solutions. - Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams. - Uphold best practices in system security, performance, infrastructure, and deployment. - Collaborate with product managers to ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining technical feasibility. - Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and review code quality. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in backend development and software architecture. - Proven expertise in AdTech technologies like DSPs, SSPs, RTB, header bidding, mediation, and programmatic advertising. - Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Solid experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and high-availability systems. - Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and scalable infrastructure design. - Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.,
