You are great at:

Handling end\-to\-end recruitment for IT roles from sourcing to offer rollout
Woring closely with hiring managers and understand role expectations.
Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, social channels, referrals, talent mapping, etc.
Evaluating candidates on technical fit, communication skills, culture fit, and employment stability.
Managing interview coordination, candidate communication, and provide timely feedback.
Driving offer negotiation, salary discussions, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintaining a solid candidate pipeline for niche and high\-demand roles.
Working on bulk hiring, niche hiring, campus hiring, depending on business needs.
Building a strong employer brand through proactive candidate engagement.

What it takes:

3-5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter \/ Technical Recruiter.
Strong understanding of IT technologies: . NET, React, DevOps, Data Engineering, Visualization, QA, ERP, Salesforce, ServiceNow etc.
Excellent screening and technical understanding to evaluate candidate profiles.
Hands\-on experience with ATS tools, job portals, and advanced LinkedIn sourcing.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast\-paced, high\-demand environment.
