Job Description

Ciklum is looking for Senior Talent Fulfilment Specialist to join our team

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
Lead the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders and top-notch candidate pools.
Apply relevant methodologies to access and attract top talent for clients in India.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success.

Job Requirements

Strong experience in Boolean and X-Ray Searchers, with expertise in sourcing talents through LinkedIn, Github, Kaggle, and Stackoverflow.
Proven track record of successful candidate placements and recruitment campaigns.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Advanced level of written and conversational English, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Positive attitude and result-oriented approach, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
Experience in direct search and headhunting is preferred.
Membership in HR forums like NHRD is preferred.
Experienced in driving any TA initiatives is preferred.
