Key Responsibilities:

● Manage end-to-end recruitment for cybersecurity and advanced tech roles across

domains such as SOAR, SOC, EDR/MDR, AI/ML Security, and Cybersecurity Analytics.

● Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, their cybersecurity frameworks, and

technical talent requirements.

● Work closely with hiring managers to define role specifications and deliver high-quality

technical talent within defined SLAs.

● Source, evaluate, and close candidates across mid to senior levels in Security Operations,

Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, and Automation Engineering.

● Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a strategic

hiring partner.

● Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity technologies, tools, and certifications to

strengthen domain expertise.

● Use AI-driven sourcing methods, networking platforms, and referrals to identify top

cybersecurity talent.

Great to have:

● Prior experience hiring for SOC, SOAR, EDR/MDR, AI/ML Security, or Threat Intelligence

roles.

● Strong understanding of technical skill sets in cloud security, endpoint protection, and

incident management.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

● Strong multitasking, analytical, and organizational abilities.
