Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own and execute senior-level hiring (Manager to CXO) across industries. This is a key role that will partner with clients, business heads, and leadership teams to fulfill critical talent needs and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: βœ… Lead end-to-end recruitment for Manager to CXO-level roles, ensuring a seamless process from job brief to offer acceptance. βœ… Develop tailored sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, headhunting, and referrals. βœ… Screen and assess candidates for cultural fit, leadership potential, and technical expertise. βœ… Present top talent to clients with detailed assessments and recommendations. βœ… Manage offer negotiations and facilitate smooth onboarding. βœ… Provide market insights, compensation benchmarking, and competitor intelligence to clients. βœ… Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business goals and talent needs. βœ… Achieve and exceed recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, etc.). βœ… Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to best practice sharing within the team. Must-Have Skills & Experience: βœ… 6–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on mid-senior to leadership hiring. βœ… Proven success in closing roles at Manager to CXO level within tight timelines. βœ… Mandatory experience in HR consultancy or MNC environment, with exposure to both bulk hiring and executive search. βœ… Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills. βœ… Deep understanding of compensation trends, market mapping, and headhunting strategies. βœ… Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. βœ… Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. βœ… Comfortable working from our Kolkata office, Monday to Friday.
